Neo Sports Broadcast, the broadcasting arm of Nimbus Communications which owns Neo Cricket and Neo Sports sports channels, has called for a creative pitch.

Sources close to the development tell that ten agencies are participating in the pitch. The size of the business is around Rs 20 crore. Ogilvy & Mather is the incumbent agency, and is not participating in the pitch process.

Sources added that the objective of the creative pitch was to establish a strong marketing strategy, customer engagement and building brand reputation for both Neo Cricket and Neo Sports.

The sports broadcaster is looking for an agency that has international bandwidth and a significant pan-India presence. Television, print and outdoor are some of the media that Neo Sports Broadcast considers for the brand's communication.

Neo Cricket is exclusively dedicated to cricket events, while Neo Sports showcases all sports, including cricket, football, tennis, golf, motor sport, badminton, among others.

Neo Cricket has the exclusive broadcast rights for all international and domestic cricket played in India. It also has rights for international cricket played in Bangladesh and Kenya as well as BCCI's offshore cricket series.
