Vectra buys into Warsaw cable
The Polish cable operator Vectra has established a presence in the lucrative Warsaw market.
According to Wirtualne Media, the company has acquired a 44.12% stake in Spray, an operator that offers triple play services, including HDTV channels, to 55,000 subscribers in the Polish capital.
Vectra is the second largest cable operator in Poland after UPC. Multimedia Polska, the third largest, has been present in Warsaw since late 2007.
