this is how to programme the x-cam with a cas2, addon board, dummy card and 20 pin flat ribbon cable.

plug the addon board into the cas2 them plug the 20 pin cable to the
addon board and plug the other end to the dummy card.
then follow the instructions in the attached tutorial document.
