The Polish commercial station TV Puls has given an indication of its digital strategy.
Quoted in Wirtualne Media, its president and 49% shareholder Dariusz Dabski has confirmed that it has re-applied to the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) for licences for two new thematic channels, which would be carried on Polandís forthcoming second DTT multiplex.
TV Puls has also just applied to reserved a frequency on the first multiplex (see separate story).
TV Puls was backed by News Corp until last November and is currently looking for a new strategic partner.
Its original application to operate two new thematic channels was put on hold last December.
