Talks not settled on mobile TV

No agreement will come at the end of this month over France’s prospective mobile TV platform. Initially planned for a kick-off in 2007, mobile TV’s launch has been delayed once again.
The French government had hoped that talks between the different actors of the sector could be settled, first at the end of April then at the end of May, but negotiations are still underway.
According to daily La Tribune, operators Orange and Free would have said they “didn’t want to invest into the construction of a network as they didn’t own frequencies”.
