Comcast-backed E! Entertainment is now available in more than 94m homes, says the company, which has just unveiled an impressive slate of contract renewals.

The top European territories of Germany, France and The Netherlands have each renewed, and E! has unveiled new channel launches in Croatia and Iceland, according to Kevin MacLellan, president of Comcast’s International Media Group (CIMG).

"The E! International Network has experienced incredible growth over the last few years. We now count over 94 million households outside the US," said MacLellan. "We're delighted to extend our relationships with some of our main European partners, as well as sign new channel deals for both E! and The Style Network in Croatia and Iceland."

In Germany, Kabel Deutschland Group has renewed its deal for the E! International Network in its digital basic package “Kabel Digital Home.”

In France, E! France will continue to be available on Numericable's digital "Premium," "Premium Plus" and "Infinity" packages. Additionally, the network has extended its relationship to include new launches on Numericable in Belgium and Luxembourg.

CIMG has also closed a deal with Free, the largest IPTV provider in France. E! France is now available as part of the service's 150 pay TV channels. Through its carriage on Canal Sat, SFR, Free and Numericable, E! France currently reports an impressive 4.5m subscribers in the territory.

The Netherlands' Ziggo (formerly Casema, Multikabel and Essent) has also renewed E!, making the network available as part of the consortium's "Film & Entertainment” and “Total” packages. Subscribers will also be able to access a suite of E! programming via Ziggo's new VOD platform.
