Five has extended its broadcasting deal with the NFL for the twelfth season running to show live Sunday Night Football in the UK.
The channel will carry 17 weeks of action from the league, with coverage starting on September 13 at 1.00am for the Chicago Bears at the Green Bay Packers.
Mike Carlson and Nat Coombs will return to lead Five's NFL studio coverage, with live in-game commentary coming from NBC's Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth.
Commenting on the deal, NFL UK managing director Alistair Kirkwood said: "We are thrilled to be working with Five for a twelfth consecutive season, and I know that Mike and Nat's NFL presentation is popular with NFL UK fans.
"Five give us the opportunity to get widespread coverage for our sport ahead of a third consecutive NFL regular season game at Wembley."
Five NFL presenter Mike Carlson added:
"I'm really excited to be back on Five. For the past 11 seasons we have tried to provide a different approach to the NFL season and give our audience an in-depth analysis of the live games we are covering and a bit of relaxed entertainment. It's going to be great to work with Nat again."
Despite this announcement, broadcast rights to Monday Night Football from the NFL are still available, with ESPN and Sky thought to be in the running.
