M6 grows up with daily news edition

French channel M6ís most innovative change this season is the announced launch on September 7 of a daily news edition. Broadcast each evening at 7:45pm and anchored by Claire Barsacq and Nathalie Renoux, this 15 to 20 minute interactive and unformal edition reflects M6ís programming strategy.

To increase the potential audience, M6 has signed a partnership with internet network MSN France, formalized by a joint website to give webnauts the possibility to express themselves.

This news edition will bring several changes in the 7:45-8:50pm slot, which have not yet been disclosed. However, M6ís ambition for this season is to offer programming for all.
