Xenon shifts time like Sky+

A service is about to change the way that satellite viewers watch their favourite TV shows.

Xenon Time Shifter, by the world’s leading provider of mobile streaming and encoding applications, Vidiator, has been spotted at the IBC 2009.

The Xenon Time Shifter will become the world’s first mobile solution to provide live pause, time shifting and place shifting of satellite TV.

This could mean a vastly improved service for viewers, who will be able to not just watch satellite TV on their mobile phone but control it as they would at home.

Sky+ has been around almost ten years now and the PVR have become very popular, as has the BBC’s iPlayer.

It would seem that this service will combine the best of both worlds.
