Leading technology companies including Cisco, EventIS and Teleste have been honoured in the annual Liberty Global Vendor Awards.
It’s the second time the international cable operator recognised the vendor community, in a presentation hosted by its European cable division UPC Broadband. They are designed to acknowledge suppliers that have supported development and innovation within the Liberty Global Business.
Many cable technology suppliers stayed on in Amsterdam after IBC to attend UPC’s internal technology conference.
“Liberty Global recognises outstanding performances and innovative products and services of our partners. We thank them for their professionalism and industry knowledge that enables us to keep offering our customers new and reliable products and services in their digital homes,” said Balan Nair, Chief Technology Officer at Liberty Global. “With these awards we express our appreciation for their work to keep ahead of our competition in a challenging global environment.”
