Diablo WIFI and Newcamd

Could anyone tell me how to edit the bin file newcamd and change the text ? Notepad just gives me endless lines of mess.
I tried Hex workshop Hex editor and I did not have a clue of where to start.

Any tutorial on this subject?

bin file not for editing!!!!!! dont touch this.... this bin only to activate newcamd option in Diablo configuration menu

you must make newcamd.cfg with N: lines
N: server port user password DESKEY
or
N: server port:range user password DESKEY

20 port is maximum
