Channels not coming up

Dears
I have EL3020 for last 1 year. I used to update my ABRACADBRA card through this website and get my channels back all the time.

But, its quite sometime (a month or so) now that I stopped getting scrambled channels. First I lost all the Eurobird channels and now I lost the nilesat channels.

When I go to any scrambled channel, I just get a blank screen with no message like |Encrypted Signals| etc.

Am I missing something?? Please help.
