Gbox for Gemini bz2 file

Just copy .bz2 file to tmp directory and install

I've found this to be the most reliable way of installing Gbox. When installed you can easily change the Gbox version by uploading version to /var/bin folder. The stand alone Gbox file in the rar file is 2.1b.
