URGENT NEED- CT 5000C Flash Dump

I urgently need "Flash Dump" file for CT 5000C. My receiver is dead. I couldn't find it anywhere. Boot file doesn't help.
Please help. Thanks

(in my case I used the program: ctechup_1.8.7)

1 - Remove any cards or PCMCIA cards that might be on the decoder and disconnect all cables.

2 - Turn back switch decoder and connect to the PC via cable null-modem ".

3 - Open the program that will be used to load (Ctechup, AngelTool, STBTool, etc.).

4 - Select the appropriate COM port.

5 - Select the extension STB firmware you want to upload.

6 - Select "Start" or "Connect", the program will connect the receiver.

7 - Turn on the switch decoder back and start charging.

8 - Be aware that during the loading process, there are two complete sequences from 1 to 100. After the second sequence, the deco is operational.
