I have a Knot.. and now ?????

A got a nice gift from a friend: a KNOT card (i think knot 1 from the pictures). As a newbie with this card i need some help.
First of all does some one has any documentationa about knot cards.
Second i saw in some threads files for knot cards but the last one is form april.
What does this means. Is the knot card from this moment DEAD or what ?

There arer some uses for a Knotcard :

- srape iced windshield of a car

- unlock a door

but for use in a demo , no , not anymore
