problem with my receiver plz help

i have echolink 888 supe pluse resver
last night i i use this or sharing with flycccom it was working fine
and to day it was not norking
i check data cable to upgrade receiver this message comes cable is
also new.

Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!

what is this problem please if any one knows about this help me thanks

before you upgrade the reciver power off STB, then click connect on loader and then power on STB,and now all will go fine
