Help in updating keys

I have a DM800 with Nabilosat Black hole installed and CCcam. I have tried to update the keys by pressing the blue button and then selecting Keys. It says that the keys are updated but when I try access Digifilm channel it does not work. Is this the correct way to update keys or is there a better way?

try to connect to the Dream 800 Total Commander ... and then insert your keys by the last date ...
