need help and i'm confused

Hi

i'm currently looking at the Technomate ranges. i'm a little confused to some things.

i really want to be able to view some channels, especially sports - EPL games etc.

i'm looking at the technomate 5400 - are the patches/softcams on here enough to get the 5400 up and running for the channels i need?

i've searched forums for days and got more confused
