please help wat shud i do?

Try login root
password dreambox

We need name firmware (on starting look screen)
If your dm500 is ok on other channels (cardsharing) & you can't get french channels, maybe you've to add some french peers.
To know what is your emulator use blue button & find restart emu fonction then press ok the emu restart & you can see it's name on screen (gbox , cccam, newcs... )restarted.
