my mrv cam was blocked when I download neo V3.06 in my cam and I have this message : CAM Connected
Xilinx XC9536XL CPLD Version 3 detected
Searching for flash...
Functionality not warranted
Flash unknown: Manufacturer ID: 0x40 Device ID: 0x00
I used cas interface 2

I've loaded the NEO file in my cam and it's running well.
Did you already try to erase all flash memory (don't touch your xillinx)?

I use too a CAS2 and a matrix revolution cam.
