Edision trojan

I have bought an Edision trojan reciever and because I am totally new with recievers and satellites general, can someone tell me what tools and softwares I need to put Softcam files and keys to the reciever?
And how I must do it?

Hi friend,
you need a nullmodem cable to modify the box,then you need ftlink that is the program to send the patched firmware to the box,you have to click on "Update All" and select the firmware you need,you can find the firmware that you need here:http://www.satsupreme.com/showthread.php?t=93850
and wait untill the process is COMPLETELY FINISHED otherwise you can throw away the box...
If you need ftlink just tell me and i'll send you.
If you need any other explanation just tell

I have sent this firmware to the box from the inside menu, using just a usb stick
Can I do the same with the Softcam files?
Without the FTlink soft and the nullmodem cable?

It is probably possible to send the firmware by Usb,but i can't tell you that,because i have an Edision 2100FTA and an Edision 2620CxCi,and they have no Usb ports.But I think that you can also send softcams by Usb!

I don't think that edisions have special and secret menu.
In my boxes i have to go on:
Menu
System setting(The fourth choise)
System(again the fourth choise) and then
Red button
and you enter in the Key menu!;)
