- some internal fixes/changes to improve stability
dm8000:
- generic videooutput, hdmi and videodecoder code update
dm500hd:
- generic videooutput, demux, audio-/videodecoder, hdmi code update
dm800:
- some work on videooutput and hdmi code
(this hopefully fixes the hdmi connection lost problem)


    Neue Merlin2 Funktionen:
    * movie resume Unterstützung für Video Files (mkv, avi usw.)

add fixed writenfi for kernel 2.6.18, update dm500hd secondstage to #79 (fix for bootproblems)
    New Merlin2 functions:
    - New: Up Bouquet Bouquet is the summary list appears
    - New plugin on the feed to the post-installation: enigma2-plugin-plugins-system automaticepgcachesave
    - New: For the Record button, you can not just instant photos, but ALL current timers are finished editing /
    - New: MiniTV
    In the Channel Selection possible to install skins in a widget, to see the currently selected item in the list, PiP.

    Da sich der Name von Merlin PG geändert hat, sollte es vor dem Update deinstalliert werden, da es sonst doppelt im Image ist.

New:
 - In the settings can be specified, should be marked at 
  what point (in percent) a film as seen in the movie list
- A film can be seen in the film list as / not be marked 
  seen (Menu button in the movie list)

- New feature: Last movie seen in select movie list
I was always annoyed hard that if I interrupt a movie short, I have the 
raussuchen from the list again ... with the activation of this function 
automatically, the last film played in the movie list to be selected, if 
one calls this
