detailed how to set up a CS connection

I need a precise explanation on how to make my own homenetwork ready for CS. I have dreambox 7000 using latest gemini on USB and CCcam 2.1.4, and D-Link DIR 855 router. how to set up porting (12000) on the router, the router is new to me and CS also.
and how to set up a host on a DNS server.
how to configure CCcam and so on. does a good guide exist already, which goes detailed into all what I need to do this?

open port ,
set dyndns or no ip ( for web server for local no use )
and run ccam in your stb
