As far as I know, JSTV keys (at present) only work in OPOS card.

You can find JSTV @ 13°E on Hotbird 13. And as of Today is open with the Dragon / T-Rex CAM w/Predator v3.40. The Keys' are now known so you could try patching your dbox2\Dream\etc with the following.
