conax card reader

i have a box echolink 5060 conax card reader built in , well my question is it can work with cyfra + cards or not . some one told me that conax card slot is diffrent than universal card slot . they say unvirsal card reader can work with any card but conax can not.
please explain what is this do i need to buy a seca cam ??

You have an Conax CI(common interface)incorporated in your receiver.It is true:
conax is somehow different then other crypto systems.To use your Cyfra card you need an Mediaguard CI as they say on theyr site cyfra.tv .

You can turn a seca cam to a conax cam,but its complicated to do,and to uy a seca cam its easy,it costs about 25 euros.
