I don't Know what reciever do you have . If it has 2 CI slots try the other one. Anyway this answers can be answered in the MODULES SECTION.

Hi okkk,

I am completely desperate!! I re-programmed my newly purchased Gamma card with the latest NOVA file.

Then, I checked the Diablo Cam configuration to make sure priority was set to 1. Card 2. Emu . Also, all CAS are ON.

I put the Gamma card with the chip facing up into the Diablo Cam, set the receiver (a Fortec Star Innovation HD) in the MGM channel and wait, but nothing clears. I left the card inside the Diablo all night, but this morning there was only a "Scrambled Program" message in the screen, even when doing zapping.

I am getting to a point where I am feeling I have thrown £75 away. In any case, for the money spent, it is worth trying again. Specifically, can anyone please advice me on:

1) A NOVA file that is currently working (on 18/12/09)
2) If anyone knows someone using Gamma Card in a Diablo CAM succesfully?
3) The Diablo CAM configuration needed for it to read Gamma
4) Which channel should I leave the receiver on to a/u Nova and how long does it take for channels to a/u?

Your reciever has 2 slots for cards and 2 for modules . Try without diablo.Your card is ok as it opens nova cinema 1 .

hi dont worry you have not thrown your money away irdeto cam works gamma cards fine i am waiting for a diablo cam ill give you the results if it does not work you can buy a irdeto cam for 20 euro

Hi .I use the 3/4/2008 BES file in a Diablo and it works fine as do several others.it may be an issue with the Diablo and your receiver.Have you tried the card directly in the card slot (assuming its multicrypt)

thanks everyone for your replies. Bigpete, where I can find the BES file you are using with the Diablo and that is allowing you to use Gamma? My receiver has 2 CI slots, but one is for Conax and the other for X-crypt, so no Irdeto compatibility I assume. In any case, I tried putting the card directly and it is not recognized...

As I know for all the conax embended receivers are unofficial firmwares for playing all the cards. Try finding such a software for your receiver in the <receivers> area in the forum.

You can find the BES file for your card in the <only files - no chat> section.
