dm 800 tuner problem?

Hi All,
just received dm800 clone pre load with gem 4.4 bl75. setup all seemed to go ok, until tried to change from 28e channel to any other sat channel (13 or 19e) I then get tuner failed error. set up is 1 dish, 3 lnb diseqc sw with 28e on aa 13e on ba nothing on switch 3 and 19e on last switch, if you do auto scan it finds and tunes all 3 sats, it seems to just default to 28e? anyone help please

Hi

You must be mistaken on diseqc settings.
Are you using a four input diseqc switch?
Try to change order lnb on dreambox tuner settings if ok the signal must be locked.

yes, 4 input switch, currently using 1,2,and 4. I understand about changing the order but why would it find all channels during initial scan?

try to use 123 & not 124
Dm800 need a very best signal (good on dm500 but not enough for 800)
