Cartoon widens Latvian reach

Cartoon Network has secured carriage on Latvia’s DTT network, which is operated by the TeliaSonera-backed incumbent telco Lattelecom.

It has been placed in the social tier, which now contains a total of 16 channels.

Turner Broadcasting’s Cartoon Network, CNN, TCM and Boomerang have been present on Lattelecom’s IPTV service since 2006.
