    Oscam - CCcam 2.1.3

    -"configs for HDplus in smargo.zip" added (not tested!)
    -CAM paket_CCcam2.1.3_OScam838_mit_GEMINI-script_E2.zip" added / changed (to me this OSCAM running (for me) hd +, as well skyIT)

    need to change the Gline.
