Especta 2000s factory reset problem

I have a problem. After factory reset I can not watch Digi anymore only the FTA channels. So can anyone tell me what to do?


Especta 2000s with

BM-8200CI
H/W v12.01.A5
S/W v0A.00.02
Loader v06.01.09
