Vplug 2.4.2 and Viaccess modul (16 12 2009) How?

Hello! I downloaded and installed 2.4.2 in Vplug Plugins folderu.Zatim off with Viaccess 16 12 2009 module (Viaccess 2.6) for 11,727 HB 13E.Pratio instructions and all I did as the written.Then for open channels and not Satisfaction would not open channels.Know you anyone what the problem is, what should I do more, and what does this module?
