I programmed silver card using cas 3 and it is working in card slot of my technomate 1500 ci, what other cams or receivers work i do not know.
It doesn't works on humax 5400 with viaccess cam nor on goldbob strong8000 patched. I've programmed Silvercards since 2000 and never found a file with only PIC section without memory file... What have to put into memory 24LC64 on card? Let us to know where you've found the file, maybe we could find some other upgrades... many thanks.

This is how i programmed file open cas 3 (cas studio 8.7) click on smartcards then on card programmer load the file but only load as flash memory dont ask why as i dont know but as i said flash memory then programme .
when you click on card programmer the first time the language may need to be changed as mine came up in italian.
i hope this is of some help to you and just incase your not sure what opens with the file its sct on hotbird ,adult package,s1-7 and sct.
