Local C+ and csatFr don't use hop2/enter

I have a very big server withe C+ Fr , csatFr and JSC+ full
in adition there are lot of foreing cards in hop 1
i don't use hop2 . only 1

sky italy full hd
Digital+ spain full
and some local
just local
NO FAKE CARDS !!!
all cards will be tested only C line active
no local = no share
good share
