HD Glass 12

- multi version ( OoZooN, Nemesis, Gemini, Nabilo - all last version)
- all function configurable via plugin Glass12Setup
- 1 ipk file to install with autodetect image
- mode of extrabar - always ( displayed always with main infobar), 1xOK and 2xOK ( must see ...)
- you can select 3 types of anolog hours, or select off - will be displayed picon Provider (3s) - picon Satellite (3s) - finaly picon Provider
- you can manualy edit path for all types of picons - /etc/piconPaths.conf
- all renderers scaning automaticaly all paths defined in piconPaths.conf and these paths: /media/usb/ , /usr/share/enigma2/ , /media/cf/ , /media/sda1/ , /media/sda/ , /media/ba/

- changed install script - added support for dm8000
- now working on images:
