Viaccess 2.3 and 2.5

hi all,
I am a newbie. i apologise if i am going to ask silly questions!
i have a TM 5200 USB with motor and 1m dish. working well for what is left on Thor 1w.
I was looking at this:
http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/parabole.html
I have seen people posting keys for Viaccess. does that mean i can the above package which according to lyngsat; parabole is using Viaccess 2.3 and 2.55
What do i need? Cam?
