Thanks for this upload, nov I have more and more codecs that work 100% with ProgDVB and AltDVB . . . and they're not killing each other.

I went ahead and installed this codec. It seems to work fine but when ever I try to turn on hardware acceleration it will change it back to off when I hit apply. Is there any way to turn on hardware acceleration? I have an ATI9600XT video card and can turn on video acceleration with both cyberling (ATI) and NVidia PureVideo codecs. I wanted to try this one for HD channels because I am having de-interlacing issues on HD channels that use 1080I (basically the codecs always want to de-interlace the 1080i signals when they shouldn't be, causing the system to come to its knees). Anyway, without hardware acceleration this codec is useless for HD channels. Any thoughts?
Thanks.
I was not talking about H264...It's way too early to get into that when no satellite provider is currently deploying it.
I am talking about regular mpeg2 HD signals that I now receive and work fine on my SS2 using MT and my 57" RPTV.
I am trying to find an MPEG2 codec that will work without giving me problems trying to de-interlace a 1080i signal when I don't want it to. I thought maybe this codec would work since neither nvidia purevideo or cyberlink (ATI) does. Both of those work fine on 720p channels.
After I installed the elecard mpeg2 coded it worked fine. The only problem is that I cannot turn on hardware acceleration causing this codec to not be able to keep up with mpeg2 HD signals, that was it...
O.M Works 21 day,s
Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder and Streaming Pack works for longer than just 21 days.
