CCcam 2.1.4

hello guys...

am using Ubuntu as cccam server, i am using now cccam 2.1.1, when i tried cccam 2.1.4 it stoped, and it tells me no cam device!!!
am using ubuntu as the server linked to windows OS with dvb card
what is wrong with this please?
