Added:	
- Saving Enigma1 settings, all empty provider changing to unknown. 
  This required in order to avoid crash to some Enigma1 images.
- Write Enigma1 settings, the reload timeout extended to 30 minutes.

Fixed:	
- Fix, Locked lists crashed Dreamset.
