How to install Emu?

I'm experiencing problem to download emu's with my internet connection directly on the DB500. Is there the possibility to download in advance emu's and install them on the DB in a second moment? Where and how?

It depends of your image.

I have SIF image... where can I download emu's and which software do I need in order to istall them (SCAM, CCCAM..)? Thanks

Well i don't know SIF image but anyway exist 3 ways
- Automatic with remote included in your image (the most easy if available)
- Manual, you put a package in your /tmp folder with filezilla or DCC and then you use your remote to start the installation. you need a specific package built for your image.
- With your hands, filezilla and (or) DCC. You need knowledge to put scripts and binary where they need to be and with the appropriate rights. This way is very hard for beginners and depends a lot fo the kind of image you have.
I know how to for PLI and some others but not for SIF sorry.

Thanks, it was helpful.. now I just need to find out where I can downlod packages with emu... and try to follow solution nr 2!
