matrix revolution with dutch canal digitaal smartcard

Greetings All,
I have a Humax 5400Z with a monoblock LNB pointing at Astra 19.2 and Hotbird. Will a Matrix revolution CAM work with an original Canal Digitaal Smartcard plus subscription so that I can view NL channels?

Any advice much appreciated.

Inderdaad, dat klopt! Ik heb nu de NL zenders. Sorry, going back to English now... but when the smartcard was in my Humax, it didn't seem to pick up the activation signal. When I put it and the MR CAM into a Galaxis Matrix decoder it updated straight away. Maybe just a coincidence. I'll see what happens at the end of February, when my Smartcard needs to be reactivated.

Depends on what cind of software you have on it, some do work and some don't.
My parrents have the same card, i sometimes i have to try different soft versions to get it to work.
Try and you will find out, wich is the right one.
