How do program NDS eep and hex files using funcard 6 which program do I need does anyone know?

Basically it is possible provided you know how to write the right firmware for your funcard. As the card uses the ATMEL AT90s8515 chipset, it is not that powerful a chip as the latest OPOS or Gammacards. one has to be quite a genius to make such a card work on new encryption systems. I am trying to write one such program for the fun6 using the AVRstudio program. try finding someone who is good at AVRstudio and he may help you.
