Is Theme-x working?

I have a Viaccess SV Card with about 9 months to run. Prior to 17 February except for the transponder change I have been receiving Theme-X OK on Hotbird.
Now all the Theme-X Channels are scrambled, even the two Free to Air Information Channels can't be received.
Is anybody else having problems receiving Theme-X ?

They did change frequency, but I find they are only working on rare occasions.
