Why can not flash DM500HD??

I hope sombady help me to Flash my DM500HD....couse it can not connect internet to flash by Internet Explorer or DreamUp...... on last DreamUp verision i get this ERROR. Can please somebady tell me whats the problem?? Look the photo!!

I believe you did it. It's no more than no communication with your pc, , software need your IP like 195.262.xx.xx or somethings like that,
after that you can flash your dream. Woa. It's the same here
just the software name change and little things here and there
