    how to program a blank Millenium card?

    I am novice, tried to program a millennium card with a infinity usb programmer, set it to phoenix mode, opened the millenium loader v.1.0.2 , inserted the card , clicked CONNECT , but the programmer keep asking " PLEASE INSERT YOUR CARD "

    hi,

    Select no card reader on loader
    (and phoenix mode :3.578)
