MULTIPROG 2000(rs232) DOES NOT WORK

After programming fun and gold card the programmer tells me
that everything is OK.
When i put the card into my Sammy 9500 via ci,it tells me that card is missing.
.
Is there another software i can use to prog.my card.
I use cardpro today.

I am using cardpro 2.03.0 today,but i did not help my very mutch.
The decoder still not find any data on the card - so ?
