TVN completes ‘n’ acquisition

Polish media group TVN has finalised the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in direct-to-home satellite platform ‘n’ that it did not already own.

The deal saw TVN pay ITI Media Group €188m for the 49% stake in Neovision Holding, which operates the DTH platform.

TVN financed the acquisition by issuing €148m of high-yield bonds.
