- added enhanced checking in autostart ( script, bin and really 
  start of Cam/Srv)
- added blocking start/stop/exit if GBP "working" - displaying warning
- added autoswitch "skining" if you use different skins - SD, any HD, HD Glass

- version for images based OE 1.5, for OE 1.6 comming soon ....
