the best way to revive strong decoders eg str 4653x is to use flash ic reader and writer copy flash dump from a working decoder and write it to non working flash ic,thats the only way out with strong decoder when not booting at all.
i repaired the one im using with this solution after i loaded wrong patch file on it . no jtag schematic for these decoders yet,

it's for 4820 ,not 4820x , it's completely different but thanks for replaying anyway
