new to gamma card

recently I buy from someone a gamma card. My std is humax ircri5400 (last patch 11.4b applied)

I see many files here and I 'm very confused which ones must I write to the card for n*v* viewing.

Also which caid preselect must I choose to humax.

Plese help.
