You can download the latest softcam for your receiver to a USB pen and then load them to your receiver. If you have the latest patch you dont need the 3 lines above. or you can enter the keys manually via the CAS menu like i do. I have a TM5400 SUPER PLUS with the latest PHANTOM patch. If you enter the keys manually remember that the 06 keys need to be entered as key index 03 and 53. For example for key 06 above you will need to enter as follows: KEY INDEX 03: 00 5B 53 0E 49 DB 50 57
KEY INDEX 53: CA DA D8 BC BB E7 9D B1
Also make sure that the provider id is 060400 for IRDETO/BETACRYPT. Remember also that if the key is 04 instead of 06 you will need to use key index 02 and 52. Good luck and let us know how you get on. Regards.
For Commander 6000 do you know how to paste these lines?
I have the original Firmware.
Do I have to use a patched Firmware?
Hi mmkk. I am not familiar with your receiver but basically the way it works is as follows, this applies to eveyone. You need to make sure that you have the latest patch/firmware for your model of receiver. It is important to select the right patch otherwise you may have problems. When you have downloaded the correct patch you then need to load the latest keys for your receiver. The keys are found in a file called SOFTCAM. Again you will need to download the correct softcam for your model. If your receiver has USB you can copy the patch and softcam to USB pen and then copy them to your receiver. If your receiver does not have USB you may be able to load the patch and softcam via RS232 cable connected to a pc. Remember that whichever method you use the patch must always be loaded first followed by the softcam. Check in this forum under the RECEIVER section for your model. You may find further advice to help you. Regards.
